On 16 April 2020 we held our first formal competition 'evening' during the lockdown by internet methods. All entries were submitted by Dropbox or email and forwarded electronically to Stephanie Cook, our judge. Stephanie was good enough to provide a written critique for each image submitted together with a score and placings for each competition.
The Percy Lund Rosebowl is usually an All-Rounder competition for Novices. This year is was thrown open to everyone. Doug Jarvis won with his set:-

Peter Sykes and Tom Heggie were joint second with Graeme Mitchell in third place.
The C E Lawson Trophy for Creative Processing was won by Graeme Mitchell with "Fish and Chips on the Beach" see header image
Doug Jarvis was second with
Thoughts in the Dark
while Graeme took third place with
Exposed to the Elements
The third trophy was the V B Lloyd for Photojournalism, Action or Sport.
Tad Korach won with his picture of a Vetinary operation all the way from Poland!
