On 17 November a collection of intrepid members braved the weather to visit the nearly-complete Sunbridge Wells development in (actually under) central Bradford. Graham Hall, who masterminded the project, showed us round the whole intricate layout. With its seven themed bars and numerous shops connected by beautifully restored tunnels it is enhanced with an extraordinary selection of historic and imaginative objects some leant by local museums.

Graham locked us in for two hours returning to release us later. The place is a mass of photographic opportunities which would take much longer to fully exploit. However we had exhausted ourselves, if not the photographic potential, after two hours and we were delighted with our Night Photography session.

Sunbridge Wells is set up to be a unique destination for shopping or a drink in very sophisticated surroundings. Just what central Bradford needs. I can't wait for it to open!
